What is included in a standard home cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes vacuuming and mopping all floors, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, wiping kitchen surfaces, cleaning the stovetop, emptying bins, dusting furniture and skirting boards, and making beds. Deep clean and move in/out plans include additional tasks such as inside oven, fridge, and window cleaning.

Are your cleaners vetted and insured?

Yes. All Aurora Residential cleaners pass a background check, hold a valid work permit, and are covered by professional liability insurance. We also verify their cleaning experience before they join.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

No. Aurora Residential cleaners bring all necessary professional cleaning products and equipment. If you have preferred products you would like used, you are welcome to leave them out and we will use those instead.

Can I cancel or reschedule my cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards online at the time of booking. We also offer a pay-after-cleaning option for verified customers. All prices include 25.5% Finnish VAT and a receipt is provided.
