9. Customer Responsibilities & Equipment

To allow our cleaners to carry out the service safely and effectively, the customer agrees to:

• Provide a working vacuum cleaner at the cleaning address. For hygiene reasons and to protect your flooring, our cleaners use the vacuum cleaner available in your home.
• Provide access to running water and electricity.
• Ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time.
• Inform us in advance if a vacuum cleaner is not available so an alternative can be arranged.

Aurora Residential provides all professional cleaning agents, cloths and mops. If no vacuum cleaner is available and we have not been notified beforehand, vacuuming may be omitted from the service without a reduction in price.
